TUITION POLICY

Monthly tuition payments include technique classes and this program runs from September 2025 to June 2026. Tuition payments are due the first Saturday of each month. All tuition payments must be paid on time. Late tuition payments will accrue a late fee of $25 and failure to pay tuition will negatively affect your daughter/son's opportunity to attend class and participation in this program. There are two payment options: Yearly & Monthly. Tuition will be charged to the credit or debit card you have on file. All payments will have a convenience fee: 3% for credit cards.

REFUND & WITHDRAWAL POLICY

Tuition and Registration Fees are non-refundable. If you choose to drop a class you must do so before the end of the month, otherwise, you will be charged for the following month’s tuition. If you wish to withdraw your child from our program, you must send a formal email to ECPA@EDENARTSINC.ORG to notify our leadership team. Your account will be charged up until the day we are contacted, not the last class attended. If the withdrawal request is submitted after the 1st of the month, tuition payment is still due before departure. Delinquent accounts may be referred to a collection agency at the discretion of the company.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Dancers are required to be on time for all classes, rehearsals, and performances. If a dancer is going to be late, a parent/guardian must text, call, or email the director. Dancers are expected to fully participate with proper class/rehearsal etiquette and a positive attitude. Dancers who are unable to physically dance because of an injury can observe class and/or rehearsal. All dancers are expected to be respectful to their directors, instructors, and peers. Inappropriate or unsafe behavior of any kind can be the means for suspension or withdrawal from the dance program by the directors.

Dancers must be dressed in full uniform for each class. All hair must be pulled back away from the face. Hanging earrings or any kind of excessive jewelry is not allowed. All dancers should have a dance bag with the following items in it:
