EDEN ARTS | A B O U T

Eden Arts Inc, formerly known as “Ntrinsik Movement” is a NYC based 501 c3 non-profit dance organization. Founded in July 2014, Eden Arts Inc houses two performance companies, a dance school, and a dance residency program. Eden Brooklyn Dance Theater, the first company, has performed in various theaters across NYC and other states within the United States. Eden Brooklyn Dance Theater has also produced several dance productions within NYC.

In 2018, Eden Arts Inc launched a pre-professional program/second company called IFE Youth Dance Theater. The purpose and mission of IFE Youth Dance Theater is to give young, gifted dancers access to intense technical training, professional performance experience, and artistic development. In 2020, the company continued to expand, and launched a dance school, Eden Center for the Performing Arts. Eden CPA is dedicated to providing high quality instruction for all ages and levels of dance ranging from age 4 to adult. Eden CPA creates a safe space for people of all ages and backgrounds to connect, fall in love with the art of dance, and create timeless, joyous experiences.

Eden Arts Inc also provides performing arts programming to local public and private schools in NYC & California through its Residency Program. The Residency Program is tailored specifically for each school and provides instruction that is centered in: 1. Diverse Dance Training/Strong Technique Classes 2. Cultural Experiences & Connections, 3. Personal Exposure & Opportunities to gain Experience 4. Development of Writing and Public Speaking Skills and 5. The Cultivation of Creativity & Innovative Skills.

Aside from providing arts programming and entertainment, Eden Arts Inc gives back to local communities within NYC through time and service. Each year the company participates in various community initiatives such as Toy Drives, Coat Drives, Walks, and Benefit Concerts/Events.

To connect people from all ages and walks of life through passion based movement that explores and highlights the complexities of humanity, life experience, spirituality, and historical events/time periods.
To inspire the upcoming generation of artists within the performing arts community through instruction, mentorship, and scholarship.
